This place was awesome. My truck went into limp mode. I’m from out of state and was in I55 outside of Bloomington. Short story was fuel pump was going bad. They immediately fixed the issue and got me back on the road. Technicians and staff were very professional and pleasant. This is obviously a top notch shop and would recommend them to all my friends or anyone that needs a desire truck worked on. Thanku for helping this out of state guy out.

We are traveling from Lubbock Texas up to Chicago, and had some trouble with our F250 super duty. Seems like not many people around here work on diesels, after going to 2 different shops. I came across BNTP, decided to stop and see if they could help. Nate and Brandon were kind, caring, knowledgeable and attentive. Brandon was very transparent, he went above and beyond normal service. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem in the same day! They made us feel right at home.

From the moment we walked in they had amazing customer service, were very knowledgeable about our F-250 diesel truck and weren’t trying to get more money by looking for more wrong things. Honest and friendly people! Highly recommend this place

BNTP - you guys ROCK!! Our 05 F350 broke down and your shop was the closest we could limp her to. Even with no appointment and us waiting in your lot when your techs arrived at 8 am, you made sure we got back on the road the same day. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable techs and extremely fair pricing. AND the truck runs awesome with more power than before she broke down. I can not thank you guys enough. I highly recommend BNTP!

I recently had some major work done on my LML Duramax at this diesel shop, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any mechanic. I brought my truck in for head gaskets, which is obviously a big job, and they handled it quickly and at a very reasonable price compared to other places I looked into. While they were in there, I also had them do a CP3 swap, and everything was done clean and professionally. You can tell they know these trucks inside and out. On top of that, they installed a 5-position switch, and it completely woke the truck up. The performance difference is night and day—it runs stronger, smoother, and just feels like a whole different truck now. After getting it back, I did run into a small issue with an antifreeze leak, which is always frustrating after major work. But to their credit, they stood behind their work 100%. I brought it back, and they quickly diagnosed it as a faulty EGR hose. They took care of it right away and only charged me their cost, which says a lot about their integrity. Throughout the entire process, their communication was top-notch. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and never made me feel like
